This role offers significant autonomy and flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple services. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of Nominated Supervisors across 8 services Provide coaching, professional development, and operational guidance Build strong relationships with school communities, Principals, and key stakeholders Support service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee risk management, incident management, and escalation processes Drive team engagement, performance, and positive workplace culture Conduct regular service visits and provide hands-on operational support Act as a key point of contact for service-related concerns and stakeholder feedback About You We are seeking a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about supporting educators and creating high-quality outcomes for children.
